When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If you are not satisfied with the order you receive from GreggSoccer.com please send us an email within 7 days using the 'COMMENTS' button at the left and include the following information:

Product To Be Returned
Shipping Address
Billing Address
Reason for Return
Email Address
Daytime Phone Number
We will then e-mail you a return authorization number and instructions
on how and where to ship the item back. Upon return and receipt of the
product, we will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less
appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling.
All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes
(whenever possible) and with all paperwork, parts, accessories, etc. so
as to insure full credit. Personalized and signed items can not be
returned or exchanged for any reason other than a production error on
our part.
Any products that are returned due to customer
order error or change of mind must be shipped at the customer's expense
and may be assessed an additional 15%
restocking fee.
NOTE: We advise that when shipping product back,
customers should choose the same shipper as when the product was
delivered, as well as insure the item for full value should anything
happen during shipping.
